Through Iqbal Khalid Initiative, Yayasan Maghfirah successfully aiding Iman that have hearing difficulty.

Iqbal Khalid Initiative is a medical aid campaign that aims to help those with financial problems. This aid will cover several medical expenses, medical treatment and therapy.

Iman, a six-year-old child, has hearing loss, which makes it challenging for him to develop speech, language, and social skills. Specialists suggest cochlear implants to improve the quality of life for him after a series of procedures and testing. The cost of a cochlear implant is RM80,000. Given that she is simply a regular Nasi Lemak vendor, that is a lot for Iman's mother to handle.

Iman's situation has been monitored by Yayasan Maghfirah since December 2021, and on April 1, 2022, the cochlear implant procedure was completed successfully in 5 hours. At Hospital Pengajar Universiti Putra Malaysia, the cochlear implant was turned on on April 13. (HPUPM). It was the very first time, Iman can hear like others. He was speechless. It bring tears to the mother’s eye. She keeps saying how much she appreciates us. To know that her son can live a normal life like everyone else meant the world to her.

Iman is now learning so that he can improve his hearing and speaking.
